As a result, mental health can be severely impacted, resulting in depression, anxiety, and exacerbated mental health conditions. Therefore, it’s now more important than ever to focus on reducing stress in our daily lives.

To help ease the fear and anxiety brought about by the disease itself, Saikiran Bomma suggests educating yourself with the most up-to-date health information. Knowing the facts about COVID-19 can help to reduce some of the stress that results from the unknown. However, that being said, it’s also important that you don’t overwhelm yourself with media. Avoid consuming your day with news stories about the pandemic. Be sure to take a break from media coverage to focus on more positive topics.
